Our refurbishment service restores the equipment to proper operating condition. We replace worn components, reset clearances and return the unit to smooth, stable running.
A full rebuild typically costs around half the price of buying new equipment, and in many cases the performance afterwards is better than the machine achieved in its later life.
Seal refurbishment
We refurbish any type of mechanical seal used in agriculture, including slurry seals, agitator seals and heavy-duty cartridge seals.
A refurbished seal performs exactly like a new one and usually costs around 50 per cent less.
ATEX-Rated Sealing solutions
Where equipment forms part of a biogas plant or operates near combustible gases or dust, we supply seals to ATEX Category 2 for Zone 1 and Zone 21.
